Resurrect the dream

How to get your dreams back. It was buried. It wasn't destroyed.

Your dream wasn't destroyed. It was buried under Survival Mode and triggers. When your system calms down, it bubbles up to the surface naturally, and if it doesn't, you find it through what you're drawn to and what you avoid.

Life is resurrecting dreams.

You wake up and resurrect the dream of a better body, so you eat well and go to the gym. When you've got some space, you remember you wanted to paint the walls pink. Then the violin. The motorbike. Egypt.

They're all still there, buried under triggers and Survival Mode and putting out fires.

02

Sovereign State wants to create.

When we calm our nervous system, when we get ourselves into Sovereign State, it's a creative state. It wants to create. That's all it wants to do.

So once we heal ourselves and calm our system down, the dream bubbles up to the surface very naturally, very organically.

03

If it doesn't come up on its own.

We start to investigate from a childlike state. What made you happy? What were your dreams? What did you want to be when you were a little girl? What brings you joy?

You work it out by going out in the day and seeing what brings you joy, so you can allow yourself to experience what joy feels like and take part in activities that bring it. That teaches your inner child, and yourself, that it's okay to do joyful things for you.

04

Attraction and aversion.

Most of your life is either an attraction or an aversion based on the dream you've had. It haunts you at night. Even with everything else you have, you still wonder. You can't watch a TV programme because someone's doing it.

If your dream has been to buy property, you're constantly looking at Rightmove. Or you can't look at Rightmove, and you don't want to go to that friend's house, because it's the one you would want.

So we work with attraction and aversion to uncover where it is. I could talk to you for five minutes and find it with pretty much any person, because it's always been there.

05

Your burning light.

The dream that's been buried is your sun. It's burning so bright inside you that it doesn't take much to find it.

That's what we need to get out: your burning light, the one that's going to make money and give you that feeling of self-fulfilment and self-esteem.

It will come out as soon as we unbury it and get you out of Survival Mode.

06

One tiny dream at a time.

You can't just decide to believe your dreams are possible. Survival Mode has had years of convincing you otherwise. So we build the evidence.

One big dream we work towards together, and small ones along the way. One tiny dream at a time, while you aim for the biggest one. By the end, believing it isn't a leap. It's what you've watched happen.
