You don’t need to become better at coping with Survival Mode. You need to learn how to leave it.
Practical work to reconnect you with yourself, move through what is blocking you, calm the noise — and begin uncovering what wants to come next.
Build a direct bridge back to the part of you that already knows — and learn how to hear it more clearly.
Use active techniques to interrupt the patterns, resistance and old responses that keep you stuck.
Learn practical tools to ease anxiety, settle overthinking and support better sleep.
Start uncovering buried dreams, purpose and the parts of you that may have been put aside.
Not a theory to remember. A sequence to use when it matters.
Catch Survival Mode as it rises.
Understand what has taken the wheel.
Break the pattern before it runs you.
Return to the calm self underneath.
Move from clarity, not fear.
“The Shift gave me practical ways to regulate my nervous system, stay centred in difficult conversations, and lead from clarity rather than react.”Sophie Ogg

“The implementation of Judi's techniques has an immediate and palpable impact, like a pressure-release valve.”Dan Rickett

I’m an actress, author and creator of The Shift. After more than two decades working internationally across film and television, I began building a body of work around something I had needed in my own life: a practical way to recognise when Survival Mode had taken over — and return to a steadier state underneath it.
This live is where I teach that work in the simplest way I know: not as something to admire from a distance, but as something you can actually use.
At the end of the session, you’ll have the opportunity to apply for Second Act — our three-month programme for women ready to take this work deeper and build what comes next from a different state. Places are intentionally limited so the work can stay personal and supported.
Come for the hour. Leave with something you can use the next time Survival Mode takes the wheel.
